Sometimes as a leader, it can become all too familiar territory to presume you have mastered what it takes to build, support, challenge, and grow a strong leadership team and organization. I have been so impressed with how 5.12 approaches key cultural, trust, leadership principles that are so critical in actually achieving this. Sal’s approach is truly a game changer, and I have been fortunate to work with him in several Leadership Team Off Sites where we have been able to collaborate and deliver targeted content and engagement. Focus comes to mind when I think about what Sal does for his customers.
