It made me think about the people that have impacted me most on the teams I’ve been on. They weren’t famous athletes; they weren’t Nobel Peace Prize winners; and they certainly weren’t rock stars (although the way they play Guitar Hero on their Xbox, I am sure they wished they were).
The people who have impacted me most in my life have done two things. (1) They took an interest in me, and (2) they valued my contributions.
You certainly don’t need to wear a cape to be a hero in someone’s life. How have you been impacted by others?
