Hello Everyone
I wanted to wish you all a very healthy and happy Thanksgiving.
Thanksgiving for me is a time of reflection and a time to come back to the present. It is a time for me to be grateful for all of the wonderful things in my life- most importantly my wife, my family, and my family of friends.
There are a lot of things going on in the world in which we live, but, at the end of the day, the most important are the people in our lives. I hope you are surrounded by friends, family, and other loved ones.
I also want to share my deepest gratitude to the incredible men and women in our armed forces who are serving overseas and can’t be with their families on Thanksgiving day. I know this is difficult and I also know that you are surrounded by people who have a bond that most will never understand. I was. In 1994 I was deployed to Kuwait in response to an Iraqi force build-up on the Kuwaiti border. One of my most memorable Thanksgiving days was playing a pickup football game in the desert.
Thank you all for your service and for the sacrifice you have made for this country.
I wish everyone health, happiness, and success.
People first.
Sal
