📅 Week 2: Apply learning through project presentations, receive feedback, and take the final Certification Exam (80% passing score required).

Earn Your Credential
Upon successful completion of the exam, you will earn the credential of The Five Behaviors® Certified Practitioner, signaling proven competence in helping organizations unlock the power of teamwork. This program has been pre-approved for 20 credit hours (HR General) toward aPHR®, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi , and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute (HRCI®).
