Based on the concepts found in The Deeply Human Workplace by Sal Silvester, this workshop helps teams understand the six Cs of ‘The Human Workplace Needs Model’ – Connection, Certainty, Contributions, Clarity, Challenge, and Community. Individual team members will learn about their own personality style and the styles of their team members – based on the Everything DiSC® model – and how their style contributes to the team’s overall success.
