The DiSC Profile is a behavioral style profile developed by Inscape Publishing. The profile is designed to help people understand their differening approaches to work so that ultimately an organization can be more successful. We use DiSC within our team and leadership development programs to help clients:
- Learn about their styles and build self-awareness. To better understand how they impact others and why they respond to others the way they do.
- To appreciate team member motivations, preferences, and priorities.
- To reduce destructive conflict and increase constructive dialogue and debate.

There are a number of different DiSC Profiles that we use on a regular basis.
Everything DiSC Workplace Profile: This profile can be used with everyone in an organization and is particularly effective with teams. It helps participants discover their DiSC style and how it impacts their workplace priorities and relationships.
Everything DiSC Management Profile: Participants learn about their strengths and challenges as managers and how to adapt to meet the needs of the people they manage – making them more effective managers.
Everything DiSC Work of Leaders Profile: Uses the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution to help leaders understand their leadership behaviors and how they impact their effectiveness.
Everything DiSC Sales: Participants discover their DiSC sales styles and how to adapt their style to meet the needs of their customers.
Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders: A 360 degree profile that combines the DiSC model with contemporary leadership theories. It combines clear visuals and a conversational narrative to help participants interpret their feedback.
