Leadership Exchange: For Senior and Executive Leaders

There isn’t a playbook right now to address the current global pandemic. More than ever, leaders need other leaders to share strategies and tactics, ideas and action plans.

That’s why we started, by invitation only, a Leadership Exchange for senior, executive and people operations leaders.

The Leadership Exchange Format

Sal Silvester will be facilitating each Leadership Exchange and also sending follow-up insights to each participant after the session. 

What is it? A platform for senior and executive leaders to connect with each other to share strategies, ideas and tactics on how to navigate the current crisis. 

Who is it for? Senior and executive leaders (Directors, Vice Presidents, General Managers, CXOs)

How will it work? Limited, small group slots are available per session on a first come, first serve basis. You’ll come prepared with your greatest challenge and other participants will share their experiences and feedforward to support you in navigating the challenge you are facing.

How does the virtual session work? Sessions are conducted via Zoom and all participants are required to be on video to build connection.

How do I register? You can register at the link below. Since we are limiting each session to small groups of 4-6 people, please ensure you are 100% committed to attending the session.

Will the session be recorded if I can’t attend live? These are interactive sessions only intended for participants who can be present during the session. We will not send a recording, so please register only if you are available to attend live.

What does this cost? This is a complimentary offering from the 5.12 team to support our leadership community.
